Brandon Raynor’s School of Natural Therapies t/a Jaya Yoga Retreats Hawaii will provide you the applicant with educational services in accordance with these terms & conditions:
a) If you choose the non-airfare option, and you cancel before the first day of the retreat, you are required to pay a $350 administration fee, or else choose a 100% credit towards another Jaya Yoga retreat within 12 months of your booking
b) No refunds or credits to other retreats are given if you cancel after the first day of the retreat, for late arrival or skipped classes.
a) If you cancel before 90 days of the first day of the retreat you are entitled to a 50% refund of your retreat dues or else you can choose to have a 100% credit towards another Jaya Yoga retreat within 12 months of your booking.
b) If you cancel within 90 days and 30 days before the first day of the retreat you are entitled to a 25% refund of you retreat dues or else you can choose a 100% credit towards another Jaya Yoga retreat within 12 months of your booking.
c) If you cancel within 30 days before the first day of the retreat we do not offer any refund, but you are entitled to a 100%credit towards another Jaya Yoga retreat within 12 months of your booking.
d)All refunds will be deposited by bank transfer into your nominated bank account and you will be responsible for payment of incurrent fees from the transfer.
e) These refund monies will be deposited into your account by us within 30days upon our receiving written notification by registered mail or email of the cancellation.
f) No refunds or credits to other retreats are given if you cancel after the first day of the retreat, for late arrival or skipped classes.
g) Jaya Yoga takes no responsibility for refunds for expenses incurred in preparation for this retreat e.g.: insurance expenses. We require all attendees to get A plus health insurance cover, recommended for USA, before attending the retreat.
a) Health complaints or injuries incurred on the premises and during the course
b) Health complaints or injuries incurred by the massage recipient during yoga or massage or any other related practices away from the premises
c) Health complaints or injuries you may incur during your practice away from the premises

While we take all care to strictly honor our retreat schedule, in the unlikely advent that we cancel a retreat, we will refund 100% of the retreat dues into your bank account by electronic transfer and we will be responsible for the associated fees incurred from the transfer
