Terms and Conditions

Rebecca Rogan t/a Jaya Aum Health Retreats Hawaii will provide you the applicant with educational services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions:

No liability: We have no liability to you or any other person for:

a) Health complaints or injuries incurred on the premises and during the course

b) Health complaints or injuries incurred by the massage recipient during yoga or massage or any other related practices away from the premises

c) Health complaints or injuries you may incur during your practice away from the premises

d) Health complaints or any injuries incurred while partaking in our outdoor adventures. All tours and adventures are 100% at your own risk.

Deposit and Refund Policy

a) If you cancel before the first day of the retreat, you are required to pay a $250 administration fee, or else choose a 100% credit towards another Jaya Aum Health retreat within 12 months of your booking

b) No refunds or credits to other retreats are given if you cancel after the first day of the retreat, for late arrival or skipped classes.

c) All refunds will be deposited by bank transfer into your nominated bank account and you will be responsible for payment of incurrent fees from the transfer.

d) These refund monies will be deposited into your account by us within 30days upon our receiving written notification by registered mail or email of the cancellation.

e) Jaya Aum Health retreat takes no responsibility for refunds for expenses incurred in preparation for this retreat e.g.: insurance expenses. We require all attendees to get A plus health insurance cover, recommended for USA, before attending the retreat.

If we cancel:

While we take all care to strictly honor our retreat schedule, in the unlikely advent that we cancel a retreat, we will refund 100% of the retreat dues into your bank account by electronic transfer and we will be responsible for the associated fees incurred from the transfer
